This course provides an intensive exegetical and theological study of Paul’s First and Second Epistles to the Thessalonians. We will explore themes such as faith, love, perseverance, holiness, Christian community, and the hope of Christ’s return. Particular attention will be given to the resurrection, the Day of the Lord, and the coming of Christ, examining how eschatological hope shapes faithful Christian living in the present. The course emphasizes the inseparable relationship between faith in Christ, obedient discipleship, holy living, and mutual responsibility within the church, showing how the Thessalonian letters call believers to remain faithful, encourage one another, work diligently, and live in readiness for the Lord’s return.
