ACADEMIC INFORMATION
Note:
Any changes or concerns regarding courses, absences, assignments, or projects must be addressed directly with the academic administration.
Credits Requirement
- To live on campus as a full-time student, you must be enrolled in at least 17 credit hours.
- Single students and one parent in married couples with children must meet this requirement.
- Married couples without children may both study full-time.
Changing Courses
- Course changes are permitted only during the first week after opening day.
- Approval is required from both the academic administration and the course teacher.
- Once granted, changes must be reported to the office.
Attendance Policy
Students are expected to be punctual for all classes, devotions, prayer meetings, and practices, including music/voice lessons and choir practices.
Tardiness and Absences
- Late arrival: If a class has started when the student enters, they are considered late.
- Three “lates” equal one absence.
- Three absences result in a change of status from “credit” to “audit” in that class. The student must still attend the class and complete all work and tests.
- Planned absences must be pre-approved by house parens and inform the teacher.
- Unapproved absences automatically change the student’s status from “credit” to “audit,” with the same requirement to complete coursework and tests.

- Supplies like pens, pencils, and binders are available for purchase in the school office.
